Some products are in stock and ready to ship, while others are made to order. Please read the description of each product to know the delay of processing before shipment.
Orders for products in stock and ready to ship will be processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours of your purchase.
Made to order items can take up to 4 weeks to be shipped, unless otherwise indicated. If an order has to be completed before a certain date, LENA GELSOMINO will do its best to ensure delivery, but please note that a charge will be added to the order.

Shipping
Standard delivery is priced at 7 euros for Switzerland and the EU, 10 euros for England, and 20 euros for international destinations. Delivery times range from 5 to 20 days, contingent upon your country of residence.
Most shipments originate from Switzerland; therefore, it is likely that customs fees will apply, which shall be the responsibility of the customer.
LENA GELSOMINO is not responsible for lost parcels, but will do its best to ensure that the parcel reaches its destination.
All international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
Defects and damage
Some LENA GELSOMINO jewels are handmade. Due to the nature of craft techniques, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique. The description always indicates whether or not the product has been made by hand.
If an item is damaged or needs fixing, LENA GELSOMINO will repair or replace it for a fee. This varies from case to case, so feel free to start a conversation by e-mail at info@lenagelsomino.com.
Return policy
Please consider before making a purchase that handmade items are made to order and constitute their final sale.
For other products, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase and request an exchange or refund. After this period, no returns will be accepted. Your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are not refundable.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, LENA GELSOMINO recommends using a traceable shipping service or insuring your shipment. LENA GELSOMINO cannot always guarantee the safe receipt of returned items.
